The M&A Source is the world’s largest international organization of experienced, dedicated merger and acquisition intermediaries representing the middle market.

The M&A Source was established in 1991 to address the issues of merger and acquisition professionals, and has more than 250 cooperative intermediaries around the world.

California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) is a professional trade association whose members are actively involved in assisting their clients in selling, buying, and evaluating businesses. CABB was organized to recognize the professionals of business opportunity brokerage, to help educate the public on the benefits of using licensed intermediaries, and to establish a code of ethics to which members adhere.

International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Chicago, Illinois. Formed in 1983, the IBBA is the professional society of the M&A business community, providing education, conferences, professional designations, and networking opportunities. It has more than 1,100 members in the world.

The IBBA strives to create a professional relationship with successful business transaction advisors (i.e. CPA’s, bankers, attorneys, and other related associations), to increase the image and value of the IBBA to its members and to be a leader in the exchange of business referrals.

Provisors – Founded in 1988 as a select group of top “trusted advisors” from attorneys to bankers, ProVisors is now a national organization with 5,000+ highly experienced professionals members in California, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta and Seattle. This support organization allows members to build relationships with other trusted advisors in order to maximize client support. Ms. Cole has been a selected member for over since 2013 and serves as a facilitator for the East Bay Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

WPO – Women Presidents Organization – The WPO is the premier membership organization for successful women presidents, CEOs, and managing directors of privately held multimillion-dollar companies. Through global, collaborative peer-learning groups and Harvard-level toolsets, WPO supports members to tackle a multitude of strategic and operational issues, accelerate business growth, enhance competitiveness, and promotes economic security. Ms. Cole has been a member since 2014 of the Diablo Valley Chapter.
