International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Chicago, Illinois. Formed in 1983, the IBBA is the professional society of the M&A business community, providing education, conferences, professional designations, and networking opportunities. It has more than 1,100 members in the world.

The IBBA strives to create a professional relationship with successful business transaction advisors (i.e. CPA’s, bankers, attorneys, and other related associations), to increase the image and value of the IBBA to its members and to be a leader in the exchange of business referrals.

Provisors – Founded in 1988 as a select group of top “trusted advisors” from attorneys to bankers, ProVisors is now a national organization with 5,000+ highly experienced professionals members in California, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta and Seattle. This support organization allows members to build relationships with other trusted advisors in order to maximize client support. Ms. Cole has been a selected member for over since 2013 and serves as a facilitator for the East Bay Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
