The acquisition by AVS Life Sciences represents a strategic move to deepen their regulatory and operational consulting capabilities. AVS, founded in 1998, serves the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostics industries with a comprehensive suite of services that align closely with C&A’s offerings. The addition of C&A’s team, expertise, and West Coast presence further positions AVS to serve clients with greater depth and flexibility.
