The association provides education, benefits, conferences, support programs and networking opportunities, and awards the Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary® (M&AMI®) designation to qualified advisors. Ms. Cole has been a member since 2006, attends annual conferences, and currently serves on both the Education Committee and the Board of Governors.

Ms. Cole has been a selected member since 2013 and serves as the facilitator for the East Bay Mergers & Acquisitions Affinity Group.
