Ms. Cole is a respected M&A broker and intermediary serving privately held companies. Her 35-year progressive career spans executive roles in both private and public firms, with deep expertise in dealmaking, business sales, exit planning, valuations, strategic marketing, and growth consulting.
“Education and lifelong learning have always been one of my top passions. I look forward to working with the faculty and advisory team to provide programming input which deepens the students’ learning and preparation for meaningful careers post graduation,” said Cole. She earned her MBA from LSB in 2002, following a BA from Concordia College and Psychology Masters studies at Antioch University. She has served on 3 other nonprofit boards and enjoys community service, hiking, travel, and golf.
