As Wall prepared to transition into new entrepreneurial ventures, ABI Group managed the transaction from initial positioning through due diligence, negotiations, and transition planning, creating a competitive process that generated strong buyer interest. The business was ultimately acquired by CFS Investments, an experienced ownership group focused on supporting scalable service-based companies with long-term growth potential.
