Carmel – The San Francisco Women Presidents Organization (WPO) chapter gathered in beautiful Carmel for an inspiring and insightful retreat. Amy Cole was honored to both present an educational session and moderate a panel featuring business owners experienced with the M&A process and who have been through a transaction themselves. Joyce Franklin, Christina Seelye, Arleen Candari and Kelly Greer were all active participants.
Actionable insights on preparing for and navigating a business sale, equipping attendees with strategies to maximize value, avoid surprises and ensure a smooth transition. It was especially rewarding to hear from several attendees that they found the insights engaging and the discussion highly relevant.
This highlights the importance of fostering conversations that emphasize the need for early planning in a business’s life cycle, ensuring leaders are well-prepared to maximize value, able to design a cultural fit and navigate a successful transition when the time comes.
