Darren is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation with over 20 years of expertise. He specializes in valuations for small to mid-market M&A candidates as well as SBA approval and legal needs. Darren serves as a Partner and Manager at GCF Valuation, a leading, privately-owned, independent financial advisory firm specializing in business valuations, fairness opinions and litigation support. As an affiliate of ABI for over 10 years, the team’s expertise is often utilized to provide in-depth research and comprehensive, high quality reports for buy/sell transactions of privately-held companies. Mr. Mize holds a BA degree in Performance Management from Florida State University.
