Amy serves as a trusted M&A Advisor and Certified Business Broker to business owners, sellers and buyers. Her progressive background includes Vice President roles in marketing, sales and operations with venture backed start-ups, mid-market firms and public companies as well as the ownership of her own consulting practice. With diverse industry experience including high tech, manufacturing, distribution, business services, retail and advertising, Ms. Cole has led teams through multiple acquisitions, recapitalizations and IPOs. Prior to joining ABI as a principal owner, Amy managed the East Bay region for Sunbelt Business Brokers, one of the largest networks of highly trained brokers in the US. Ms. Cole’s demonstrated success is shown by bringing hundreds of products to market, strategically positioning companies for growth, closing high volume sales deals and negotiating successful business transactions for Buyers and Sellers. Amy speaks publicly to business owners and their advisors on topics including Exit Strategy Planning, Maximizing Business Value, and Preparing a Business for Sale, Merger or Acquisition.
