As Candari prepared for the next phase of her career, identifying a buyer that shared C&A Consulting’s commitment to quality, innovation, and client service became a top priority. Working with ABI Group, the company transitioned to AVS Life Sciences, creating an opportunity to expand service capabilities while preserving the expertise and client relationships that defined C&A Consulting.
The acquisition strengthens AVS Life Sciences’ regulatory and operational consulting platform by adding C&A Consulting’s experienced team, technical expertise, and West Coast presence. Together, the combined organization is positioned to provide expanded support to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics companies throughout the product lifecycle.
