Along with 25 other national M&A Advisors, Amy Cole just completed earned the designation of CM&AP (Certified Mergers and Acquisition Professional). The CM&AP program is designed and facilitated by award-winning M&A professors and practitioners including Larry Stevens, former Partner with the international accounting firm PwC where he was involved in all aspects of M&A transactions; Jenifer Renshaw, director of executive education for the Coles College of Business and CM&AP program coordinator; Mike Salvador, Ph.D., senior lecturer of strategy and former Partner with Ernst & Young; and Steve Smalt, Ph.D., a CPA, professor of accounting, and director of the School of Accountancy at the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University; with experience in accounting, financial information systems and hands-on business management and consulting.
